On time-travelling mode this past week, driving and listening to Roxette. I've almost forgotten how much of my 90s were fueled by their songs. I was walking from my car to the office on Wednesday morning, finding myself giddy while singing (very softly) to myself:

Wow, that's a perfect cast (except for David Paymer, maybe - he always plays that character). Dakota would be great, but I think she's too old now. And anyway, I think Matt is planning on casting her in his short film, so she'll be busy.

I hadn't seen my profile until you linked to it -- yikes. I had to change a few things. Also, did you look at my project sample? I guess I didn't get in on the strength of Drift after all. And I even have a typo on the first page!

Dakota was a joke. Other than her age, the role is also way too small (and not showy enough). I agree; Paymer may be a typecast, but he's just so good at those kind of roles! I must say that as far as instincts go, Levine, Nelson & Unger felt very right. So you got accepted on the basis of "Henry Lee" then? Whatever that gets you in! Typos are overrated. It's all about content.

Elle Fanning was in The Door In The Floor. She had some classic moments, including walking into Jeff Bridges room while he's naked and saying 'your penis looks funny.' To which he says 'my penis IS funny.'
